Organisations play a key role in fostering and sustaining good mental health and wellbeing within the workplace where the mental health and physical health of employees are valued equally.   This is a two day course which is accredited and evidence based.   It gives participants the qualification of a Mental Health First Aider and equips them with the skills to spot the signs of mental illness and to how to respond. As we continue to navigate a continually changing working environment equipping staff to be able to notice signs in themselves and others and be able to respond must be a priority.
